Payment in full is due upon booking.
PAYMENT POLICIES
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the rent total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. For direct bookings made more than 180 days in advance payments are instead payable in equal installments, as follows: 180 days prior to arrival; 120 days prior to arrival; 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $500.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival.
- For short stays (less than 30 nights): Guests may cancel up to 14 days before check-in and receive a 50% refund of the total booking. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
- For long stays (30 nights or more): Guests may cancel up to 30 days before check-in and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable, and once the stay has started, 30 nights are non-refundable plus any nights already consumed.
- In all cases, no-shows are charged 100% of the booking amount.

RULES
House Policies
No parties or events allowed.
All guests must be registered prior to check-in. No unauthorized visitors are allowed inside the property.
No sex workers or prostitution allowed inside the property or its premises.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Please smoke only in outdoor designated areas.
A minimum $400 USD deodorizing fee will be charged if smoking is detected indoors.
Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors and community.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Late check-out will be charged at $40 USD per hour (subject to availability).
Do not take white towels to the pool or beach. Beach towels will be provided.
Do not remove any items from the villa, including towels, condiments, or kitchen supplies. These belong to the homeowners.
The second kitchen is reserved for staff use only.
Turn off air conditioning when leaving the house or when not in use.
Pool Rules
No glass allowed in or around the pool area.
No running around the pool.
Do not use bubble bath, shampoo, or bath foam in the pool or jacuzzi.
Do not touch or adjust any levers, timers, or devices on the pool equipment.
Any damage caused will be the guest’s responsibility, and the cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
If glass is broken in or near the pool area, a minimum of $500 USD will be charged to drain, clean, and refill the pool.
Cap Cana Community Rules
Motorcycles are not allowed within the complex.
Respect speed limits and traffic signs.
Music and noise levels must be kept low at all times. Parties are prohibited in public areas.
Minors are not allowed to drive golf carts or any motor vehicles.
Use designated paths for golf carts, bicycles, and jogging.
Do not park on the main roads or public streets.
The sale and consumption of alcohol by minors is strictly prohibited.
Help us keep the area clean: dispose of trash in bins provided.
Fishing and swimming are not allowed in the Marina.
Swimsuits are mandatory on the beach. Bathing in regular clothes is not permitted.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
