PAYMENT POLICIES
Payment in full is due upon booking. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $0.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon booking. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
All reservations are subject to a strict cancellation policy.
Payments are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, refunds will not be issued. However, at management’s sole discretion, a partial refund may be considered only if the canceled dates are successfully rebooked at comparable rates.
If a refund is approved under these circumstances, administrative and processing fees may apply.
No-shows, early departures, or reductions in the length of stay are non-refundable.
RULES:
• The villa accommodates only the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. Any additional visitors must receive prior written approval.
• Lagunas 58 is a private luxury residence within Cap Cana. Events, parties, or social gatherings beyond the registered guests are not permitted.
• In respect of the residential community, noise levels must remain moderate at all times. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10:00 PM.
• The property is strictly non-smoking indoors.
• Guests are expected to treat the home, furnishings, artwork, and outdoor areas with the highest level of care and consideration. Any incident or damage must be reported immediately.
• Children must be supervised at all times, particularly in pool and exterior areas.
• Pets are not permitted unless previously authorized in writing.
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and prior confirmation.
• All guests agree to comply with Cap Cana community regulations during their stay.
